So I finally perfected my healthy pudding recipe. Attempt one was disgusting because I had loads of sweetner in it, attempt two turned out irregular and lumpy, but here is the final outcome:
Protein vanilla pudding
1 serving
2 dl milk
1 tbs corn or potato flour
2-3 tbs vanilla protein powder
Dissolve the powders in some of the milk, then add the rest and heat until thick.
