Antideriviatives applied to real life.

You know in maths when you have one of those aha-moments?
Well I had that in maths today, with antideriviatives. I realized its the reverse of deriving. Obviously. But I hadn't gotten it until then.
You have a number and you find the antideriviative. If you derive this new number you get the original number.

What my point is now, is that this kind of backwards thinking should be applied to real life.
If I think about what I should have done yesterday, I should do that reversed and think about what I want to think of today tomorrow.

Does that make sense at all?

I ate too much chocolate ^^
Now I feel like a toad and am listening to the kooks.
