A ground rule would be that if a boy likes you, he'll contact you.
A boy never contacts you out of nothing just to be friends.
Meeting someone you don't know well alone on a friday or saturday night makes it a date.
It's hard not to engage in wishful thinking when it concerns yourself though.
If he likes you, he'll contact you.
If he doesn't, there's no use chasing after him just to be turned down.
