Worst aspects of prom

They want us to wear more colorful dresses at the winter ball. They're also gonna name a king and queen.

They are trying to turn it into an american prom, and I don't like it.

I mean, practically none of my friends are going with anyone, so me having a date would make me the odd one out, and besides, I don't wanna be tied down to someone who's not into dancing.
