You know how you adapt to the people youre around? Well I miss being a swedish bimbo. Gotta miss late evenings at my friends house hitting on her cousin who was more or less afraid of me and mostly just wanted to drive around on his motorbike. Going horseback riding and losing control of the horses on the fields. We would be so immature when no one saw, but it was from them I learned how to grow up, even if it meanth crashing into an embarassing akward transition age.
Gotta love being 13-14. Big hair, pancake makeup, push up and feeling on top of the world. When I see girls like that I just gotta laugh, but I miss it too. It was important, learning how to pluck your eyebrows, how to give boys what they deserve-good and bad-and being insipired to start shaving my legs (etc, ;)). Having grown out of that age is a good thing though, some of us never do...
Thats what I think is different in switzerland. Maybe its just where I am, but I havnt seen girls go through that phase. Seeing a whole generation transfer into bunnies or emos for 2 years and then turn back into human beings in time to grow up, it doesnt exist in the country of cows and chocolate. I swear, you show me the silhuette of a group of girls and Ill tell you if theyre swiss or swedish based on body posture.
Im neither, or both. And I dont know if thats good or bad.
