It didn't start off as a very productive day, but then I called up M and asked if he wanted to come to the gym with me.
It was packed with people and I felt like a clump of dough after having eaten unhealthily and not worked out for 5 days, but somehow it was still a good workout. M motivated me like crazy, he laughed when I wanted to lower the weight for my last set and told me he thought that I could do more, so I did.
The workout consisted of:
Leg press, romanian deadlift, row, bench press, pull-ups(lat machine for me xD), tricep extension and then back to legs with leg curls and abductor presses.
We agreed that when I get back we'd start working out together regularly, and help keep each other aware of what we're eating. For me that means no more junk, for him that means eating more and more often.
I slept over at his. We're starting to get close again, and it feels really comfortable.
