You're welcome

If you're waiting for a sign - this is it.

If a person doesn't want to train and doesn't want to eat right, that's okay. I can't make them.
What really pisses me off though, is the kind of people who do it half-assed.
Now, there are two kinds of these people.
There's the kind that constantly complains about their composition, and never properly get off their ass. One minute, they're talking about how unfair it is that skinny people can eat whatever they want, the next they're going to get another milkshake. I'm like: bitch please. Get over what the skinny people are doing because trust me: "skinny" people who eat whatever they want are not healthy, they're just skinny fat. If you actually stop groveling and start lifting weights, running laps and eating lean, you'll probably just be disgusted by them, as I am sometimes.
Because they are the other type of non-training person I don't like. I know very few people who don't make any effort at all to work out, but I know plenty of, you know, hotter-than-me teenage girls who enter the gym in the most expensive equipment you can imagine, do like, 2 sit-ups, text on the treadmill, and finish off with a protein shake. Fuck you. I'm sweating my ass off for at least 4 hours a week, and wear HM tights and men's t-shirt that were on sale to the gym, and you're just a wuss with too much money and too much time. I take great comfort in the fact that they blow up like balloons the minute they turn 30.
My point is: Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. And don't do it half-assed, even if you're afraid of being made fun of at the gym or whatever. As long as you are genuinely trying, people will support you, if you don't, that's when they (we) start making fun.
