So I called R.
Went something like:

Me: hi (please dont hang up) how are you?
him: hi (why the fuck are you calling me now). Good. Why are you calling me?
Me: I dont know just wanted to see how you are (we dated for 1.5 years and i miss you)
Him: well Im good, you?
Me: Im okay. Got dumped. He cheated on me. (not that i care, just feel sorry for me please)
Him: Oh Im sorry (you deserve it), I really am (at least when you had him you didnt bother me!).. Hey I cant really talk (i dont wana see you). I dont want to be rude or anything, but i dont really want to remain in contact with you (fuck off... dont hurt me again)
Me: Okay... well have a good life then (sob! just make it better, please, like you used to)
Him: This doesnt mean... that we'll never talk again... (I dont want to hurt you. I still care)
Me: Well you just said so! (you miss me too dont you?)
Him: Yeah, but.. (I said so so youd go away, i finally moved on, dont do this to me again)
Me: Okay. Well Ill see you around. (Ill back off now)
Him: yeah(we can wave at graduation), bye.
