Making your own bread is really cool and also way more healthy, you know what goes in it and that it's nothing weird ;)
How I made it:
I started by roasting some hazelnuts in a pan, but you don't really need to do that.
I made porridge of 1.5 dl mixed cereal and 3 dl water.
I mixed in 2 dl milk and 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup(you can use sugar syrup I just couldn't find any), and 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
I then mixed 1/2 l of wheat flour and 1/2 l of rye flower with a packet of dry yeast, and poured over the porridge mix (it needs to be 45°C, so it should feel hot if you dip your fingers in it).
I then mixed in the hazelnuts, about 100g I think it was, and some chopped up dry peaches. I put it in a cake pan, like the rectangular kind, and let it rise for 45min. I then baked it at just under 200°C for 45min-1 hour.
It turned out great : D I recommend it.
