But when I lifted up my shirt to show the Mother she said that even though my stomach is obviously huge, I look "harmonically thinner". Ehm... thanks?
I mean, I have been hitting the gym more and binging less... but I feel more enormous than ever, because I eat meals.
Tomorrow will be good.
Goals of tomorrow:
8h: Get up and have breakfast (Quark, fruit, all-bran cereal), get dressed for gym
9-11h: Gym, cardio and arms/shoulders/back
ca 12h: Lunch=Sandwich mom made (I'm already scared but I asked her to do it because it will be good practice for me before next week at camp when Mr O'L makes the food)
12-12:30h: post-lunch walk
13-18h:
-Finish sorting papers on my floor
-Finish writing german essay and send to Mr S
-Pack for camp
18-18:30h: Pre-dinner walk
19h: Dinner=Lasagna, sallad
20-20:30h: Post-dinner walk (with mom?)
21-22h: Finish packing/cuddle with attention seeking sister.
Life with an ED.
I'm not taking a million walks to burn kcals anymore, it's so I won't eat at those times.
I'll see if I actually find the energy to walk for the full half-hours, maybe I'll just take a lap around the part.
Oh well. Feels good to have a plan.
Though the Mother said the IBS isn't a food thing only, but also a stress thing.. damn it.
I could eat perfectly and still look like I'm in the third trimester.
Yet apparently harmonically thinner.
