Aching in my chest

I still miss him. But the main cause of the aching are the chest presses I did at the gym today. I actually love the gym, not because I love going there, but I love being there and the rest of the day after I've been there. I always eat healthy after a workout and my body just feels lighter and more capable. I also sleep better.


For those of you who don't work out, my advice to you is to start.
